Max Flo SAL is a rapid set accelerator in liquid form for cementitious mixes.

Max Flo SAL is used as an additive in mixes to enable rapid setting of sprayed concrete and gunite for tunnel lining, water bodies, dams, swimming pools, basement retaining walls, concrete repairs, etc.

Max Flo SAL can be used with all types of cements and cementitious materials like fly ash, GGBS, micro silica etc.
Recommended dosage is 3.0 – 10.0 % by weight of cementitious material. Optimum dosage of Max Flo SAL and effect of concrete properties such workability, strength, setting tie, etc. are best assessed after preliminary tests on site using the actual material of mixes under consideration.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may result in fast setting of cementitious mixes but will not affect other properties.
Available in 1 Liter, 5 Liters, 10 Liters, 15 Liters, 30 Liters and 200 Liters of packaging.
Max Flo SAL should be introduced into the water line to the nozzle of the spraying equipment. It should not be pre-mixed with the cement. The reaction involved is temperature dependent and will proceed more slowly in cold ambient conditions. Fresh cement reacts more quickly than old cement.
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under cool and dry warehouse conditions in original unopened packaging. Extreme temperature and humidity may reduce shelf life.
