Max Flo SP 903 is a chloride free liquid concrete superplasticiser based on melamine formaldehyde and other key additives.
ASTM C 494 Type F, BS EN 934-2
Max Flo SP 903 is used to produce flowing, self-compacting concrete with high early strength particularly in precast industry. It provides an excellent acceleration of strength gain at early ages (12-16 hours) and high ultimate strength of concrete.
- Enables precast units to be demoulded in 12 to 16 hours.
- Higher strength gain in cold climate.
- Steam curing may be avoided.
- High water reduction effect can be obtained.
- Enables use with white cement concrete.
- Enhances durability of concrete.
- Effective in achieving cement reduction.
- Good workability improvement to most of concrete mixes.
- Chloride free and safe for use in pre-stressed and reinforced concrete.
- Minimize the risk of segregation and bleeding

Typical results under laboratory conditions.
Results may vary as per site and usage conditions.
Max Flo SP 903 can be used with all types of cements and cementitious materials like fly ash, GGBS, micro silica etc. Max Flo SP 903 should not be premixed with other admixtures unless recommended by Ressichem Technician.
Recommended dosage is 0.5 – 3.0 % by weight of cementitious material. Performance of Max Flo SP 903 is best assessed after preliminary tests on site using the actual concrete under consideration to determine the optimum dosage and effect on properties such as strength, setting time, etc.
EFFECT OF OVERDOSING
Overdosing may result in higher workability and fast setting. If intentionally or accidentally, dosage used is above the recommended dosages, care must be taken to allow for the effect on the stripping time of formwork and starting time for curing.
Available in 1 Liter, 5 Liters, 10 Liters, 15 Liters, 30 Liters and 200 Liters of packaging.
Max Flo SP 903 should be directly dispensed into the concrete mixer together with mixing water.
12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under cool and dry warehouse conditions in original unopened packaging. Extreme temperature and humidity may reduce shelf life.
