Ressichem Ressi Dura Coat

Ressi Dura coat is a new generation, water based, ultra-high gloss, metal cross-linked, concentrated, synthetic polymer floor polish. Its low molecular weight allows deep penetration providing a hard, high gloss, slip resistant finish that will not flake or peel.

APPLICATION 

• For use on all interior smooth finished concrete floor surfaces where a high gloss, slip resistant finish is desired.
• Ideal for generating immediate high gloss to all concrete floors previously treated with a silicate-based hardener, sealer, or dust proofer.
• Use over new and old acrylic epoxy and polyurethane sealed floors; sealed, acid-stained floors, terrazzo floors and many types of tiles and stone surfaces to increase gloss.
• Excellent for wholesale and retail warehouse and distribution center floors, convention center floors, stadium concourse floors, grocery store floors and restaurant floors.

PRECAUTIONS

The use of ammonia or amine containing cleaners or detergents will cause irreparable damage, necessitating reapplication to restore gloss.
Recommended for internal use only.
Protect from freezing.

USE INSTRUCTION

Mix well before use. A dilution with water 1:1 is possible subject to the gloss required. Surface to receive application should be clean, dry and a minimum 28 days old. All grease, oil, bond breaker and curing residue and any other contaminants should be adequately removed from the surface prior to application. Do not apply to air or substrate temperatures below 4°C. Apply with a mop, sponge, or low-pressure hand pump sprayer. When using sprayer immediately follow with a sponge applicator before product dries on surface. Application rates vary according to the density and texture of the substrate. Additional coats may be necessary to achieve desired appearance. Do not apply additional coats until the previous application has completely dried, approximately 1-2 hours. Keep treated surface dry for 24 hours following application for optimum results

MAINTENANCE

Regular cleaning may be done with water and non-ammonia or amine containing detergents. Dry buffing restores gloss and repairs scratches and scuff marks.

Ressi Dura coat is available in 1 Ltr, 5 Ltr, 10 Ltr, 15 Ltr and 30 Ltr containers.

SHELF LIFE

12 Months from date of manufacture in safely stored original factory sealed containers. Use before expiration date.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Ressi Dura coat is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application.
